The warehousing area of FIEGE Austria GmbH consists of 20,000 pallet places. It’s a paperless inventory, which means from the putaway to the point of loading all goods are controlled by wireless scanners & barcode labels.
Annually ~83,000 pallets are handled in the goods receiving department and ~132,000 pallets in the goods outgoing department.
Every product has his own special requirements concerning the logistical handling. FIEGE offers the right technical solution for every requirement so that the quality and the value for the goods stables along the whole process chain.
All goods, from hygiene products up to hazardous goods, are stored in a high-bay rack.
Furthermore the warehouse offers a direct rail connection for environmental and resource friendly transports.
